I’m an expert in artificial intelligence (AI), with solid experience in insurance, financial services and the tech start-up ecosystem. My approach focuses on three key areas to help businesses with their digital transformation: training, raising awareness and coaching / consulting.

Training
In a context where AI is evolving rapidly, it is essential to master these technologies to make the most of them. I offer modular training courses tailored to the needs of directors, managers and employees. They help you understand the opportunities offered by AI and prepare you to integrate these solutions effectively and strategically.
Raising Awarness
AI generates innovations, but also new risks. It is crucial to make teams aware of the ethical issues and technological risks involved. Using innovative methods such as gamification, serious games and microlearning, I’m raising companies’ awareness of the challenges ahead, while putting in place a responsible AI culture.
Coaching & Consulting
Each company is unique, and the implementation of AI must be tailored to its specific needs. Whether it’s for strategic or operational missions, short or long term, I support companies in drawing up their AI roadmap, selecting the relevant use cases and putting in place the teams and tools to make this transition a success.
Trainer and AI specialist
After a career in bank, insurance and financial services, I held senior positions at Franklin Templeton, JP Morgan and Natixis. I have managed multi-disciplinary teams of over 70 people and led major strategic projects. I’ve also led an entrepreneurial venture. An insurtech with a deep learning component for online art and collectibles inventories.
I completed my initial training, MBA London University and Neoma (Cesem) with certification courses: AMF, RGPD, Cybersecurity, Scrum, Governance certifications (ESG + ADAE).
At the same time, I have been working as a temporary teacher and trainer since 2007. I teach Master courses at the Université Littoral Côte d’Opale on AI and business valuation. I work for ORSYS and am a partner trainer for ALFA (Agence de Lutte contre la Fraude à l’Assurance), where I give lectures on AI and fraud prevention in the insurance sector.
I co-authored the book Les nouvelles frontières du digital (Pearson 2017) and in 2015 I received the Sales & Marketing Trophy from NEOMA Alumni.
The name Absilis® is derived from the Latin verb absilio, absilis, absilire, which means “to jump out of,” “to leap far from,” or “to rebound.” The sense of “to rebound” can be interpreted as a company’s ability to pivot, to restart with new ideas on a more suitable foundation. “To leap far from” evokes long-term projection, the capacity to foresee and anticipate future challenges.
